AJ Lim has been on an impressive winning streak, defeating all of his opponents so far in the ITF China F7 tournament.
In his last five matches of the ongoing tournament, the Cebuana-Lhuillier tennis ambassador was on fire as he secured victories over Jianhao Sheng with a 6-2, 6-0 score; Zihan Gao with a 6-3, 6-2 record; Ki Lung Ng with a 6-3, 6-3 result; Yecong Mo in a close 6-3, 7-6 battle; and most recently, against Jeremy Jin with a 6-4, 6-3 performance. Lim is now 5-0 in the ITF China F7 tournament.
Unified Tennis Philippines’ (UTP) President Jean Henri Lhuillier expressed his confidence in Lim’s abilities, stating, “We expect great things from AJ. His dedication and hard work are evident in his performancess. He is a great example of what hard work paired with talent and skill can achieve. We will definitely be supporting him all the way, in this tournament and the next!”
AJ Lim is set to compete in the Quarterfinals of the ITF China F7 against 24-year-old Australian Moerani Bouzige, who currently holds a 2-0 record in the tournament. The exciting battle between Lim and Bouzige is scheduled for July 5 at 6:30 PM PH time.
